To increase operational efficiency and support future growth, move technology has restructured existing workflows and digitally interconnected its internal systems.
A key component of the project is the in-house development of an overarching software architecture. The integration of different applications, as well as customized features and user interfaces, were designed and programmed by move technology itself. The company combines its own software solutions with established commercial applications, bringing them together into a fully integrated system.
The new system architecture reduces manual interfaces, shortens information flows, and accelerates the processing of business and financial data. Information from different departments is consolidated centrally, making it available more quickly and transparently for analysis and informed business decisions.
Another key focus is the secure and reliable processing of sensitive company data. To achieve this, the existing IT infrastructure has been strategically expanded. By developing and integrating its own solutions, move technology maintains control over essential business processes, reduces dependencies on external service providers, and can flexibly adapt the overall system to future requirements.

At the same time, the project demonstrates how customized software development and intelligent system integration can also be applied within a company’s own operations to improve efficiency and create long-term value.
