move technology GmbH is advancing the digitalization of its internal business processes. The aim is to increase operational efficiency, improve the flow of information, and enhance business management in the long term. The project is supported by funding from the European Union and the Free State of Saxony.
As a technology company, move technology develops innovative solutions in the fields of green energy, industrial AI, and robotics. To ensure that its own organizational structures are also prepared for the future, the company is comprehensively upgrading its internal workflows and integrating previously separate processes into a unified digital system environment.
The focus is on simplifying administrative workflows, reducing manual interfaces, and improving access to business and financial information. By connecting different business processes, the company is establishing a centralized database that facilitates access to up-to-date business performance indicators and supports well-informed decisions.
At the same time, the existing IT infrastructure is being strategically expanded. The combination of specialized software and powerful hardware enables the secure processing of sensitive company data and establishes the technical foundation for integrating additional digital applications in the future.
“We develop innovative technologies and intelligent solutions for our customers. We must apply these same standards to our own processes. By digitalizing our internal workflows, we reduce administrative effort, improve the information available for decision-making, and create more capacity to focus on our core business,” explains Dr. Jörn Seebode, Managing Director of move technology GmbH.
Through this initiative, move technology is laying the foundation for more efficient, transparent, and scalable business processes. At the same time, the company is strengthening its competitiveness and creating important conditions for further growth.
The digitalization project is supported under the funding guideline “Digitalisierung Zuschuss EFRE 2021 bis 2027” (Digitalization Grant ERDF 2021–2027) by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), as well as by the Free State of Saxony.
The funding enables move technology to make targeted investments in digital processes, software solutions, and the necessary IT infrastructure. In doing so, the project also contributes to the digital transformation and long-term competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Saxony.
