Multifunctional vehicles for Africa
New vehicle concepts need clear answers to customer needs: Cost, range,CO2 footprint and ease of use.
Based on market analyses and environmental surveys in three regions, we have developed four innovative,CO2-neutral vehicle concepts. These are combined with energy systems and embedded in a holistic system design.

Software for AI-supported risk assessment of hydrogen plants
Gas-conducting systems must be subjected to a complex HAZOP hazard analysis. In this project, we have developed mathematical models for object recognition in P&ID diagrams, as well as an AI for the semi-automated creation of HAZOPs.
In addition, we are currently preparing a sales concept and the market launch together with our customer.

Analysis and matchmaking for the hydrogen industry
The project was based on a detailed market analysis of the Australian hydrogen market. We derived hypotheses from qualified interviews in order to gain a well-founded picture of the market opportunities and requirements.
Based on this, targeted matchmaking with Saxon industries was carried out, as well as concrete travel planning and the initiation of appointments on site.

In Namibia, we are implementing a scalable model for decentralized energy supply – with hydrogen as the central component. The system secures the power supply for local farms, increases agricultural productivity and creates local training and jobs.
With our in-house energy system simulation HyGrid, we optimize micro-grids and create feasible solutions. Thanks to our industry network, we not only bring ideas to the streets, but also functioning complete systems and provide support with financing.
Product strategy for new exoskeleton components
Based on a comprehensive market analysis for exoskeletons, cobots and industrial robots, as well as a detailed assessment of the individual components and their potential for further development, we developed product scenarios for our client. These were matched to the customer’s capabilities and unique selling points – we created an individual product-market fit.
We were then able to develop a value creation recommendation based on the customer’s strengths.
